Renewal of Other Project Applications

This page provides guidance to new project applicants seeking renewal CoC funding for existing non-housing projects within the River Valleys CoC (MN-502) jurisdiction. Guidance will be updated regularly during the application period as HUD releases additional information for the CoC Program National Competition. 

Notice of Intent/ Preliminary Review

Required for SSO-CE Projects - Due 4:00pm 4/25/2023
  • Updated Project Contact form (Google Form)
  • Signed Project Applicant Assurances
  • HUD Monitoring Report(s) received in 2022
  • Self-scored Project Rating Tool
  • ​​Performance data:
    • Most recent APR submitted in Sage​
    • SPM narrative on outcomes/improvements
  • eLOCCS screenshots (instructions) ​
  • ​Training & Development report - No form. Review CoC training policy and submit documentation based on policy expectations. 
  • Promoting Self-Sufficiency Review​

Local Competition Application

Required to Coordinator by 4:00pm 8/3/2023
  • Resolution of application conditions, if applicable
  • Confirmation/corrections for Grant Inventory Worksheet (GIW), unless required earlier by HUD

National Competition Application (e-snaps)

For projects included on the 2023 List of Eligible Renewals. 
Required Submittals due in e-snaps by 4:00pm 8/23/2023

River Valleys CoC is also a Continuum of Care region recognized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the purposes of the HUD Continuum of Care funding program. The CoC's formal name with HUD is Rochester/Southeast Minnesota CoC (MN-502).
