CoC Staff

Join the team

Thanks for your interest! River Valleys CoC is seeking applicants for the following positions:

Engagement Specialist

Do you want to support involvement of people who have experienced homelessness or housing instability in decisions that affect the network of homeless services? If yes, the Engagement Specialist role may be right for you.

The purpose of the Engagement Specialist is to develop greater leadership within Continuum of Care (CoC) Groups to work toward ending homelessness in southern Minnesota. It is a new role with opportunity for training and growth.  Key activities include facilitating regular meetings for adults and youth, doing outreach to individuals and agencies to grow participation, supporting participants' leadership development, coordinating with other CoC groups across the 20-county region, and providing guidance to agencies seeking to expand participant leadership in their own programs.

All River Valleys CoC staff are employed by the Institute for Community Alliances, which provides generous benefits and support for staff.

Application requires your cover letter and resume. The posting will remain open until filled.
