• 9/30/2026 Final CoC-Approved Application for HUD CoC Program Funding FY2026 posted. Review the application. 
• 9/23/2026 List posted of Projects Selected to be included in RVCoC application to HUD. Review the list. 
• 9/21/2026 FY2026  HUD CoC Funding Competition Reopened for projects. Submit applications in e-snaps by 9/26/2026 at 11:59:59pm. Review Competition page for more detail. 
• 9/17/2026 Nominations open for 2027-2028 Committee seats. Learn more and make a nomination. 
• 9/17/2026 Open Comment Period for CoC Governance Charter open through 10/15/2026. Review the charter. 
• 8/18/2026 Summer List Outreach Plan posted for CE Partner agencies. Review the updated guidance. 
• 8/11/2026 FY2026 Competition activities have been stopped. Due to a court finding that HUD violations of the Administrative Procedures Act (which requires a notice and comment period for policy changes), HUD's FY2026 NOFO was vacated (no longer in force) and applications cannot be submitted. HUD has appealed the decision. More information will be posted when available. 
• 6/11/2026 FY2026 Call for Projects Posted. RVCoC is requesting project applicants for its regional funding application to HUD. Notice of Intent to Apply is due by June 30, 2026 at 4:oopm. Review the Local Competition page for details or to apply. 
• 6/2/2026 UPDATED CES Partner Agency Agreements are ready to sign. All agencies with staff that participate as access points, assessors, navigators, or housing providers must complete the updated agreements and program information forms. Access the CES Agreement and forms.
