  • 6/11/2026 FY2026 Call for Projects Posted. RVCoC is requesting project applicants for its regional funding application to HUD. Notice of Intent to Apply is due by June 30, 2026 at 4:oopm. Review the Local Competition page for details or to apply. 
  • 6/2/2026 UPDATED CES Partner Agency Agreements are ready to sign. All agencies with staff that participate as access points, assessors, navigators, or housing providers must complete the updated agreements and program information forms. Access the CES Agreement and forms.

River Valleys CoC is also a Continuum of Care region recognized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the purposes of the HUD Continuum of Care funding program. The CoC's formal name with HUD is Rochester/Southeast Minnesota CoC (MN-502).
