CoC Leadership

River Valleys Continuum of Care leadership is open to members of the CoC. Modest resources are available to support participation by people with lived experience of homelessness.

Chairs & Committee Members

  • Private sector Co-Chair:  Ashley McCarthy (SWMHP) 2023-2025
  • Public sector Co-Chair, vacant 
  • All 2025 Committee members (approved 12/19/24)

Any current CoC member may be nominated for a Leadership position (Co-Chair or Committee member.

River Valleys CoC a community-based coalition dedicated to working together to prevent and end homelessness in southern Minnesota.

River Valleys CoC is also a Continuum of Care region recognized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the purposes of the HUD Continuum of Care funding program. The CoC's formal name with HUD is Rochester/Southeast Minnesota CoC (MN-502).
