Participation Stipend for persons with recent experience of homelessness

​The CoC invites and encourages participation in CoC planning and decision-making by people who have experienced homelessness. To reduce cost barriers to participation, the CoC provides a small stipend and may reimburse for certain costs related to travel, meals, and caregiving incurred by the participant as a result of participation in CoC meetings. Reimbursements are available for in-person meetings only.
