Workgroups

Workgroups are short-term gatherings of CoC members focused on accomplishing key tasks on behalf of the CoC membership. Participation in workgroups is open and voluntary. Most commonly, workgroups convene during regular Full CoC meeting times.

Workgroup topics are selected annually but may be adjusted to meet changing needs in the region. All workgroup tasks are aimed to make changes or improvements to our shared homeless response system so that we see improvements in one ore more System Performance Measure;
