River Valleys CoC provides modest stipends to people with recent experience of homelessness so that they can participate in CoC events, meetings, and other activities. However, current funding available does not enable the CoC to support everyone's participation in a way that values lived experience as it should be. 

You can help to promote equitable participation for people with lived experience of homelessness in River Valleys CoC by donating to the CoC's Participation Fund. 

The Participation Fund provides CoC members with lived experience of homelessness: 
  • Stipends at a flat rate for participation in CoC meetings or events
  • Reimbursement for eligible travel, meal, and childcare costs related to attendance at CoC meetings or events
