2023 Community Needs Survey

Every two years, River Valleys CoC and regional grantees of the state Family Homelessness Prevention and Assistance Program — Minnesota Valley Action Council and Three Rivers Community Action (with subgrantee Semcac)  -- work together to conduct a regional survey on the trends in needs and resources for people experiencing homelessness or housing instability.

The survey responses are summarized into a public report which can be used to inform local leaders and agencies applying for funding, so that resources match the needs in our region.

Surveys are open February 15-28, 2023.
