Coordinated Entry System (CES) Reports

What is in this report

Statewide and CoC level data from the Coordinated Entry System is available via a dashboard report created by the CoC's HMIS administrator. It provides an overview of the referrals, move-ins, and denials for housing that occur within the Coordinated Entry System.

Other information on housing needs, referrals, and trends can be made available through a special data release.

How to understand this report

The LSA is meant to describe the overall scope of the homeless response system and how it is used over a one year period. The data is helpful is modeling how people experiencing homelessness access different parts of the homeless response system and what outcomes they reach.

Because LSA data only includes programs that participate in the statewide data system HMIS, it is important to know what and who are not included in this report before interpreting results.
